Healthcare Origin is operated by Royal Pro Solutions Inc., a United States–registered company. We aim to provide clear and transparent return terms so customers understand their options when purchasing from our store.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
- Any safety seals must remain intact, where applicable.
Healthcare Origin reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return request:

- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item according to the instructions provided.
Important: Returns shipped without an approved RA number may not be accepted.
3. Exchanges & Replacements
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request:
- A replacement, or
- An exchange for the same item, subject to product availability.
Requests for damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 14 days of delivery.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If a product was shipped with free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
- In certain situations, we may provide a prepaid return label.
5. Restocking Fee
A 5% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
This fee does not apply when the return is due to:
- A defective product
- A damaged shipment
- An incorrect item sent by Healthcare Origin
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened personal care products (such as razors or toothbrushes)
- Opened medical or sanitary equipment
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance or bulk items once opened
- Products specifically marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page
7. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Estimated processing timeline:
- Return transit time: 7–10 business days
- Inspection and processing: 5–7 business days
- Bank or payment provider processing: 5–10 business days
Estimated total refund time: 12–24 business days from the date the returned item is received.
8. Warranty Information
Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms and coverage vary by manufacturer.

9. Return Authorization & Shipping Instructions
A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before returning any product. Return instructions will be provided after the request is reviewed and approved.
Packages sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
